Delivery Failures

In the event of a consignment is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was provided by you
  • An incorrect or unreachable phone number was provided and your local delivery / custom cannot reach you
  • You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
  • You were unavailable to sign for the delivery
  • You refused the delivery
  • The courier could not access the property
  • You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left
  • You failed or refused to pay the import tax in your country

A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and is required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.

In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by Panda Wagon to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.

Custom Clearance, Duty & Tax

Customers are responsible for all the incurring custom duty and tax. 

Due to the frequent changes in customs regulations in different countries, delays and additional charges may be imposed by the receiving country. While Panda Wagon takes reasonable measures to adhere to global shipping standards, we may not be aware of specific customs taxes, duties, or prohibited items in the receiving country. Therefore, it is advisable to research the applicable local laws in your country.
